Frank helps Exeltech's clients to proactively evaluate potential project issues and explore workable alternatives and recommendations. He has managed large and complex transportation capital improvement programs and projects for the Seattle Department of Transportation and Sound Transit, and provides skilled interagency coordination support.

Outside of work, Frank teaches yoga, enjoys traveling to visit his grandkids in California, yearly trips to Hawaii and taking river cruises in Europe.
