Heidi's diverse bridge engineering and project management experience includes the inspection and condition assessment of timber, steel, and concrete bridges, and the design of new bridges, bridge replacement, and bridge deck rehabilitation. She has served as a designer and engineer-of-record on projects ranging from rails-to-trails bridge conversions to seismic evaluation of roadway and highway bridges over major waterways.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family. And chasing her wild son around. She also loves to go home to Idaho and help her family on their ranch. It is so much more fun to help out now than when she was forced to as child growing up. The chores included stacking hay bales, branding cows, building fence, and moving pipe. Outside of her farm labor skills she loves to bake, craft, and sew.
