Kevin has more than 28 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of public infrastructure. He has a thorough understanding of how to effectively support public agencies and keep construction projects on schedule and within budget. Kevin provides strategic oversight of Exeltech’s construction management team of inspectors; construction, office, and resident engineers; and documentation specialists.
