Marta has more than 10 years’ experience as a human resources professional. She helps to administer employee training and development and Exeltech's HR compliance, policies, and procedures.

Outside of work, Marta is a wife to her husband Michael and mother to her three children Zander, Romen, and Scarlett. Marta enjoys the PNW outdoors as well as gardening and baking. She hopes to one day run a homestead full time.
