Work

Mike has more than 30 years of experience in project accounting and contracts management. He develops contract documents, prepares work authorizations, and monitors the schedule and budget for all of Exeltech’s projects. Mike has in-depth knowledge of state and federal procurement laws and requirements for contract development; amendments; interlocal, tribal, data share, and consultant agreements and supplements; resolution of contractor payment issues; contract dispute issues and resolution; contract monitoring; and close-out.

When not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and son, spoiling his grandchildren, and working in the yard.
