Stephen has more than 30 years of experience as a senior construction inspector on projects ranging from $1M to $150M. He specializes in roadway and bridge construction inspection and is certified in embankment construction, bridge construction, and signal system inspection. Steve is well-versed in materials testing and inspection, both in the field and in the laboratory. His experience includes inspection of light rail infrastructure.

Stephen likes to be near the water and lives on his sailboat. In his off hours, he enjoys sailing and traveling to the San Juan Islands.
