Exeltech Welcomes Kevin Weed, Director of Construction Management

Kevin Weed, PE, joins Exeltech Consulting as Director of Construction Management. Kevin manages Exeltech’s growing construction management services practice. He brings more than 28 years of experience managing the end-to-end design and construction process for transportation infrastructure projects in Washington and Oregon.
